Welcome!  Thuncaster Association, Incorporated, is located at the intersection of Thunderbird Boulevard and Lancaster Drive in the Planned Urban Development of Sun City, Arizona (scroll down for map).  Our community is comprised of thirty-five one, two and three bedroom condominiums with addresses on Lancaster Drive and Thunderbird Boulevard, and includes Dune and Onyx Courts.  Thuncaster Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Management, elected by the unit owners, in association with
